Welcome to Budget Habits! By accessing or using our website, services, or resources, including one-on-one live coaching, paid exclusive membership, or the free community, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

Budget Habits provides financial coaching, educational resources, webinars, community support, exclusive membership benefits, and one-on-one live coaching services. Services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Paid Membership Area

- Subscription: The paid membership area offers access to premium resources, courses, and tools for a monthly fee.

- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date as your original subscription.

- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the paid membership area will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for partial months are not provided.

- Changes to Membership Fees: We reserve the right to update membership fees. Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any fee changes.

3. One-on-One Live Coaching

- Availability: One-on-one live coaching is a paid service offered within both the free and paid communities.

- Payment Policy: Coaching fees are non-refundable.

- Rescheduling Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled up to three (3) times without penalty, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. After three reschedules, the session fee is forfeited.

- No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a session without prior notice, a rescheduling fee will be required to rebook the session. This fee is also non-refundable.

- Scheduling Process: All coaching sessions must be scheduled through the platform. Budget Habits is not responsible for missed sessions due to client scheduling errors.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Budget Habits responsibly and to follow the policies set forth regarding exclusive content, coaching services, and community interaction. Personal financial decisions remain your responsibility.

5. Payment and Refunds

Fees for all services, including memberships and coaching, are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors. If you encounter an issue, please contact [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including coaching materials and exclusive resources, is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of this content without consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Budget Habits is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services, including the membership area and coaching services, for violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
